A Health Link team provides specialist advice, guidance and support for clients with long-term and severe health problems.

Services are based at Homeless Health Service in Stokes Croft, Bristol, and staff run outreach clinics in several locations around the city, including The Wild Goose Café (Stapleton Road), The Harm Reduction Bus and One25.
