Sexual health

Good sexual health is about keeping ourselves, and our partners, safe. It’s about finding suitable contraception, avoiding getting a sexually transmitted disease (STI), and helping women manage the symptoms of the menopause.

If you’ve a question about sex, sexual health or contraception, find out more at NHS Choices.

If you think something is wrong, using NHS Choices will help you work out whether you should visit your GP or one of our sexual health clinics run by Bristol Sexual Health Services.
